Chapman Wedding

This was my first big wedding cake and one of the only cakes I have done that has see a mass audience other then my family. I got to sit down with the bride, Kelsey, and groom, Justin (also my cousin), and hash out the cake design wedding colors and flavors.

This was it! The bottom tier was a classic white almond, the second tier was a chocolate fudge with chocolate liqueur, and the top tier was a french vanilla pound cake. All with butter cream icing and fondant. It turned out beautiful!

The Groom's Cake was also done in a chocolate fudge with cream cheese icing, the grooms favorite! We decided to go with some dark bold colors for this cake and put one of the couples favorite says on the top "Love Conquers All" and then finished it off with Love in a total of fifteen different languages!

This next cake is the first Groom's cake I did. The bride and I both agreed that it was too feminine, but not before I snapped a few pictures of it. This cake later became the one pictures above. But I figured I would share it with you none the less.

I hope you enjoy these! I have also decided that a camera upgrade may be in order so that these pictures come out looking better! Until next time...
